Terms and Conditions

  • Terms and Conditions of use of the facility known as Off Lead Sleaford
  • Please be courteous to other people you may see at the facility.
  • Please treat your dog(s) kindly.  Prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed and any harsh handling of dogs – either physical or verbal, will not be tolerated.

Smoking including vaping are not allowed in any part of the facility including the car parking area.  

  • You are using the facility at your own risk and we only accept owners over 18 years of age. Any accompanying children are the responsibility of the parent / guardian and expected to be under their control at all times.
  • Children (and adults) must not climb on the doggie adventure play equipment. 
  • Only dogs that are familiar with each other can use the field together on a group booking.
  • You are responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death caused, whether to property (including dogs) or persons sustained whilst using this facility. You are responsible for your dog(s) and should keep them in sight at all times.
  • We are not responsible if your dog(s) escapes from the facility.
  • Please bring your own water and dish for your dog(s).
  • The Off Lead Sleaford field is open to the elements, and it is suggested suitable clothing and footwear be worn.
  • We expect dogs to be fully vaccinated and suggest owners regularly flea and worm their dog(s).
  • Please do not use the facility if your dog is showing signs of ill-health, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or other potentially contagious ailments. 
  • Do not allow your dog to dig up the field or damage any part of the facility.  If this does happen, please make Penny aware as soon as possible.  Cones provided in the car parking area can be used to highlight the areas of digging / damage.
  • Do not allow your dog(s) to climb any part of the fencing or gates.
  • Please take care of your dog(s) in all conditions as excessive running may cause injury.
  • The agility and other adventure equipment provided is for use by the dogs only.  Humans including children, must not climb or sit on the dog equipment.
  • Owners can use the seating provided! 😊
  • Please take care of your dog(s) if it very wet and icy as injury can occur in these conditions.
  • The agility and other adventure equipment provided is for use by the dogs only. Owners can use the seating provided! 😊
  • Use of the equipment is at the users risk. The facility owner will not be responsible for any sprains or any injuries your dog(s) may incur whilst at the facility or resulting vet fees.
  • Do not feed or engage with any animals in neighbouring fields.
  • Please respect our neighbour’s privacy – they are happy to be ignored! 😊
  • You must pick up your dog’s excrement and take away with you to dispose of at home.   Repeated failure to do this will result in a ban from the facility. Your dog will probably ‘go’ soon after arrival, so please be extra vigilant then (prepare any water dishes and get yourself sorted before you let your dog out the vehicle) so you are not distracted and can watch your dog(s) at all times. NB: Poop bags are not supplied so please remember to bring these with you. 
  • If you see excrement left in the field that does not belong to your dog, please email Penny at info@offleadsleaford.co.uk to notify her. This way we will be able to see if a repeat pattern and to be able to deal with anyone not adhering to the rules. It is appreciated there may be times when a user cannot pinpoint exactly where their dog went BUT these instances should be few and far between if people are monitoring their dogs as they should be. If you are able to clear this excrement away, that would be helpful but appreciate you may not wish to or be able to.
  • The session booked is for your sole use or a joint booking with other registered users. There should be nobody else expecting to gain access whilst you are using the facility. Please telephone Penny immediately if in any doubt.
  • Sessions are 50 minutes long to allow plenty of time for dog fun and exiting the facility. There is no waiting area so please do not arrive early for your appointment.
  • The gate code changes regularly and will be emailed to you prior to your session.
  • Please check prior to coming for your session that you have the code to hand as it will be needed to enter the facility.
  • Please leave the facility parking area at the designated time (regardless if you were late to your session) to allow the next visitor to start on time.
  • When exiting the facility, please lock the gate behind you, regardless of if someone is waiting ready to enter for the next appointment.
  • If you experience any issues or wish to provide feedback, please do this through our email and we will respond as promptly as possible.
  • Use of the facility will be monitored and should anyone not adhering to the terms and conditions and issues not be resolved, they will be declined future use.
  • CCTV will be in use for security purposes.
