You can book our field for time slots of 1 hour at a time, having the max of 50 mins in the field as we save the last 10 mins for the swap over period. You need to arrive a few minutes before the hour starts and leave within 10 minutes of the end of the hour.

For the purposes of this facility, a ‘user’ is defined as the owner(s) of the dog(s) – this may be a single individual, a couple or a household (adults only).
Fee for the initial session is £15 for a single user, or £12.50 per user for a multi user initial session ( max 3 users ).

NOTE: All discounted multi visit bookings must all be booked and paid for at the same time. i.e. if you want to book ‘Monthly Multi Visit’, you need to choose your first date and time and then add at least 3 more during the same booking.

Terms & Conditions of Booking
After attending the Introductory Session, you will be provided with a link to the on-line booking system and given a unique member reference.
You will need to set up an account on the booking system and register a payment method.
A calendar of dates and times available will then be accessible to view.
Choose the date(s) and time(s) you wish to book and make payment.
Note: Discounts are only available when the appropriate number of sessions are booked either at the same time or fall within the qualifying date range (e.g. 3 in a week – Mon to Sun to qualify for the Weekly Multi discount, or 4 in a calendar month to qualify for the Monthly Multi discount) – these will be checked and any shortfall of payment requested.
Note: If you cancel your appointment on the booking system yourself – no refund will be given. Rescheduling of appointments will only take place as detailed below.
Bookings can be rescheduled on-line by members up to 48 hrs before the session start time.
After this time, if you are not able to attend your booking, members can contact Penny at Off Lead Sleaford via email info@offleadsleaford.co.uk or via the Off Lead Sleaford mobile number which Penny will provide to you once you register.
Your session will be advertised as available to other members on the Off Lead Sleaford Facebook page (at the earliest opportunity Penny has to do this).
Note: Sessions must not be swapped between owners without Penny’s expressed permission.
If the session gets picked up by another member (and this must be done via Penny) your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
If your session is not picked up, the session is forfeited i.e. no refund given.
I introduced a cut off system as unfortunately people started cancelling at very short notice which prevented other members booking the session and using the facility. This system works well and and I feel is fair to both parties.
You will be sent a text reminder 24 hrs before your session – this will include the gate code – so don’t delete it until after your visit! 😊
